TEMCO works with a clinical operations partner, an experienced clinical services group operating across the SADC region.
The partner contributes clinical protocols, specialist staffing pipelines and structured training integration for TEMCO's planned Centres of Excellence. That clinical depth is part of how TEMCO is built to keep complex cases in the region rather than sending patients to Johannesburg or India.
The clinical operations framework will underpin TEMCO's pursuit of the JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation pathway as the hospital moves toward opening in 2029.
The clinical operations partner is engaged for protocols, staffing and training — not as a parent or equity holder. TEMCO remains a Batswana-led project operated by Murua Home (Pty) Ltd.
