SEZA Qualifying Status Granted

Full article

TEMCO has received formal SEZA-qualifying status from Botswana's Special Economic Zone Authority for its 130-bed specialised hospital at the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport SEZ.

The status anchors the project within the SSKIA SEZ framework, which is materially significant for project economics over the 25-year operating horizon. Full fiscal mechanics and their modelled impact on the project's financial projection are available to qualified investors under NDA.

The SEZA status also positions TEMCO as a medical tourism destination within the SADC region, where comparable tertiary care currently requires travel to South Africa or India.
