BETP Secretariat Delivery-Readiness Validation

Full article

TEMCO received a BETP Secretariat delivery-readiness validation — the Making The Most (MTM) marker — following the Botswana Economic Transformation Programme (BETP) Labs cohort.

The validation is an implementation-readiness review. The BETP Secretariat — the Government of Botswana's technical partner in the Economic Transformation Programme, which has worked on national-scale programme delivery — assessed the TEMCO financial model and delivery plan as part of the BETP Labs cohort, confirming the project is structured for execution.

The validation sits alongside TEMCO's national-priority anchoring: listed priority under Botswana's 12th National Development Plan (NDP 12), a Ministry of Health letter of support, and SEZA-qualifying status at the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport Special Economic Zone.

Together these markers position TEMCO as part of the national agenda to keep specialist care — and the forex it earns — in the region rather than flying abroad for it.
