TEMCO has been awarded the Making The Most (MTM) designation under the Botswana Economic Transformation Programme (BETP), following the PEMANDU Labs cohort process.
MTM is the highest level of government endorsement available for transformation projects in Botswana. PEMANDU Associates — the Malaysia-based transformation consultancy that has worked with multiple governments on national-scale programme delivery — reviewed the TEMCO financial model and implementation plan as part of the BETP Labs cohort.
The designation complements TEMCO's existing credentials: listed priority under Botswana's 12th National Development Plan (NDP 12), formal Ministry of Health letter of support, and SEZA-qualifying status at the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport Special Economic Zone.
Together these endorsements represent a sustained pattern of sovereign validation for the project across the full regulatory and transformation-programme landscape.
