TEMCO Specialised General Hospital has released its formal Confidential Investment Memorandum (CIM) to qualified institutional investors evaluating the opportunity.
The document covers the US$120M single clean capital ask for the 130-bed specialised tertiary hospital at Gaborone Airport SEZ, together with the full 25-year financial model, the four Centres of Excellence, the sovereign endorsement timeline, and the project team's delivery-model framework.
Qualified investors can request access to the full data room — including the Excel financial model, the SEZA business plan, regulatory letters and supporting documentation — via the /investors/downloads request form or by contacting investor relations directly.
The capital structure is intentionally left open. The project team is not pre-specifying a debt/equity mix and welcomes investor-proposed structures: equity-heavy, blended, senior debt, mezzanine, convertible or joint venture. The underlying economics of the project work across multiple capital stack configurations.
