TEMCO has formalised a clinical operations partnership with Advance Medical Africa (AMA), a clinical services group operating across South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Under the partnership, AMA will contribute clinical protocols, specialist staffing pipelines and structured training integration for each of TEMCO's four planned Centres of Excellence: Advanced Oncology, Cardiovascular Institute, Robotic & Neurosurgery, and Trauma / Orthopaedics / Dialysis.
The agreement establishes the clinical operations framework that will underpin TEMCO's pursuit of JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation once operations commence in Q2 2029 — a first for Botswana if achieved.
AMA is acknowledged as a clinical operations partner, not a parent or equity holder. TEMCO remains a fully Batswana-led project operated by Murua Home (Pty) Ltd.
